Birthday Parties!

What a special way to celebrate your child’s Birthday! Every party includes instruction on grooming, ‘tacking up’, and basic riding skills. There is plenty of play time with ponies, in the barn as well as with pony rides! Great fun for all ages! You supply the food and decorations, we supply the fun! Feel free to stay and enjoy once the ponies are put away. $500 for up to 10 children. Additional riders are $25 each.

Each party is allowed 2 hours at the farm and will have ponies provide for 1.5 hours of the party.

If you would like to have a birthday party at SNF please print out our Hold Harmless Release & have each of your guests sign and bring with you the day of your party.

This camp is designed for the young equestrian looking to hone their skills & become more proficient horse person. This camp will run 4 days from 9 am – 3 pm, and is chock full of all things horsey! Riders will receive lessons in the morning (dressage as well as jumping) & in the afternoon they will learn about horse & barn management. The hands-on aspect of this camp will teach campers how to properly treat common equine ailments as well as how to properly muck, feed and run a horse farm. Campers will also have the opportunity to interact with various equine professionals such as farriers, chiropractors & veterinarians.

Half-Day Camp is designed especially for children who are always begging to ride a pony but have not yet had formal riding lessons. This camp focuses on introducing young riders to the basics of horsemanship: safety around horses and the barn, grooming, tacking-up, feeding, and of course riding. Their daily riding lessons will be given on our fabulous, well-behaved ponies. The children will have an experienced instructor by their side while riding to ensure safety.

Aside from riding, we offer lots of horsey-themed crafts and activities to teach campers valuable information while they are playing and having fun. No boring, sit-down lectures here! Camp runs for 3 days 9:00 am-12:00 pm.

Here is a list of items that your child should have with them on the first day of camp, stored in a bag or backpack. Please clearly label each item with their name.

*Change of clothes (shorts/top)

*Riding helmet – ASTM certified-no bike helmets We have plenty to share!

*Bathing suit (can be worn under clothes in the morning. It makes it easier for them)

*Crocs/sneakers/water shoes-something to wear to play in and get dirty

*Towel

*Sunscreen

*Bug spray (if needed)

*Water bottle and an extra snack (we provide snacks, but some like an extra)

Arrive in Long pants and boots with a heel!
