Join Bertha from Serendipity Pilates on Sunday September 27th at SNF. Time will be spent in the tack visiting different ways to warm up your own muscles while your horse does the same in preparation for your daily rides.
We will focus on alignment, balance and centering along with learning the importance of core engagement while riding.
Guaranteed for some good laughs and eye opening discoveries!
Cost $50 per session
